1. Agreement & Eligibility

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Runes Fortune website, games, and related services (the “Services”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

You must be the age of majority where you live (generally 19+ in CA; some provinces/territories may be 18+). You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Social Play Only (Virtual Coins)

• Virtual Coins only: in-game currencies/items/cosmetics (“Virtual Items”) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world prizes.
• No deposits, no withdrawals: we do not accept real-money payments and we do not provide cash-outs.
• Entertainment only: our experiences are casual and not gambling.

3. Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Fair Play & Acceptable Use

• No cheating, exploits, bots, automation, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• No harassment, hate speech, or unlawful/offensive content.
• No commercial use or advertising without our written permission.

5. Ownership & License

We and our licensors own the Services and all content (artwork, code, audio, text, logos). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and may be changed or removed at any time.

6. Changes & Availability

We may add, modify, or remove features, events, or content without notice. The Services may be unavailable from time to time (maintenance, outages). We are not liable for progress loss or Virtual Items affected by updates/downtime.

7. Privacy & Cookies

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and use data (including cookie preferences and analytics).

8. Third-Party Links & Demo Experiences

The Services may link to third-party sites or demos. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your discretion and review their terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, including for violations of these Terms or suspected misuse. Upon termination, licenses granted under these Terms end immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
